Join CX is provided by InterMail A/S.

When our customers use Join CX to process information about their customers and loyalty members, the customer is generally the data controller and InterMail A/S acts as a data processor on their behalf.

We process personal data according to our customers’ instructions and applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
