The RoleWe are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the migration of our enterprise customers from legacy systems to the new Join platform. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, working closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful transition. Once the migration phase is complete, you will continue to manage relationships with both existing enterprise clients and new customers, playing a key role in onboarding, ongoing support, and contributing to the continuous development and improvement of the Join platform.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Copenhagen office.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary contact for enterprise clients, overseeing all their technical needs and projects — including leading the full migration from legacy systems to the Join platform
- Collaborate with product, development, and customer success teams to ensure technical readiness
- Create project plans, manage timelines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Translate client needs into clear technical requirements
- Proven experience in technical project management, ideally within SaaS, tech, or software development environments
- Understanding of development workflows and technical architecture, particularly in the .NET ecosystem
- Ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized, structured, and proactive in your approach
- Background as a developer is a plus, but not a requirement
- Fluent in Danish or Swedish (English also required)
