Exceptional doubling of InterMail's result for 2021/22

In the financial year 2021/22, InterMail had revenue growth of 15%, an EBITDA improvement of 16% and a profit of DKK 8.9 million. DKK before tax. The continuous organic revenue growth, combined with three strategic acquisitions, has led to a sharp improvement in results, which, together with continued efficiency, has formed the basis for the best result before tax for many years.

InterMail’s market position has improved significantly – especially after the acquisitions of Selected Media Advisory, Oreon and Head of Search – and we have experienced an increasing influx of new international customers.

Our plans for the future remain ambitious, and the next step is to grow the turnover to DKK 200 million. DKK towards 2023/24. Half of the growth must come from acquisitions, the other half from organic growth.

 Focus on ESG

As the first Nordic company within our business area, InterMail submits ESG accounts according to the Nasdaq reporting standard. ESG stands for Environment, Social and Governance.

We take our social responsibility very seriously, and we work purposefully to strengthen and improve our ambitious ESG objectives, as well as the UN’s global goals towards 2024/25.
